I grew up in a little village next to a meadow with cows, and a big garden with vegetables next to our house. I have 4 brothers and one sister, and we were used to help our mother in the kitchen with cooking and baking bread, and to do some garden work as well. Our milk we bought from the farmer, just as it came from the cows. After Highschool, in 1990 I started to work on a little biodynamic farm at Wuppertal, in a place for handicapped people.
